This chili drumsticks are roasted and then slowly cooked in a chili sauce.

Ingredients
- 4 chicken drumsticks (skin removed)
- 1 garlic clove finely chopped
- 1 tsp Paprika Powder
- 1/2 tsp Coriander Powder
- 1/2 tsp Salt
- 75 ml water
- Juice of half lime
- 1/2 tbsp unsalted cashews
- 1 tsp Chili flakes
- 1/2 red medium onion
- A few springs of fresh cilantro for garnish
Directions
- In a bowl mix garlic, red pepper, coriander powder, salt and juice of half lime.
- Divide the marinade over the drumsticks and leave in the fridge for 2 hours.
- Heat a grill pan and fry the drumsticks slightly brown.
- Grill them on all sides.
- Heat the oil and fry the onions, cashews and chili flakes for 4 minutes.
- Add in the water and stir for one minute.
- Add in the roasted drumsticks and stir into the sauce.
- Cover with a lid and simmer on low flame for 20 minutes.
- After 10 minutes turn the drumsticks over.
- Divide the drumsticks on a plate with the sauce and sprinkle with some oil.
- Garnish with fresh cilantro
