Easy-to-make morning oatmeal
Ingredients
- 1/2 cup (40 g) Oatmeal Cereals, Quaker, dry rolled oats
- 1/2 cup (118 g) Water Plain, clean water
- 1/2 medium (7″ to 7-7/8″ long)59 g) Banana Raw
- 1 1/4 tbsp (20 g) Peanut butter with omega-3Creamy
- 1teaspoon Sugar (optional)
Directions
Directions are based on the original recipe of 1 serving
- Pour oats and water together in a bowl or Tupperware if you need to have your breakfast on the go. Add more or less water depending on the consistency you like.
- Cut the banana into thin slices, and add it to the other ingredients
- Microwave for 1:30 minutes at 800W. If you use more water, you may need to microwave longer.
- Mix everything together, and add the peanut butter on the top of the mixture.
This is my favorite breakfast, it’s healthy and satisfying!
