  • 25 oz (650g) Beef, flank
  • 4 tsp (12 g) Garlic powder Spices
  • 1 tsp (1.8 g) Ginger Spices, ground
  • 4 tsp (12 g) Cumin Spices, ground
  • 4 tsp (1.3 g) Crushed red pepper flakes
  • 1 tsp (6 g) Salt Table
  • 2 tbsp (27 g) Sesame oil Salad or cooking oil
  • 2 tsp (24 g) Soy sauce (tamari)
  • 1 red Bell pepper
  • 1 green Bell pepper
  • 4 medium (4-1/8″ long)30 grams Scallions Spring onions or scallions (includes tops and bulb), raw

Directions

  1. Cut meat into strips; pat with paper towel to dry.
  2. Mix spices and stir into meat.
  3. Heat oil in a pan over medium-high heat.
  4. Stir-fry meat until almost cooked, 3-5 minutes.
  5. Reduce heat. Add soy sauce and bell pepper.
  6. Cook for a minute or two until bell peppers are soft. Serve hot and enjoy!
