Ingredients:

  • 8 scoops MCT Oil Powder
  • 1/2 cup Almond Flour
  • 1/4 cup Unsweetened Cocoa Powder
  • 1/4 cup erythritol
  • 1 tsp Baking powder
  • 1/2 tsp Pink Himalayan Salt

Instructions:

  1. Combine all the above ingredients into a mason jar.
  2. The mix makes 4 (1/2 cup) mug cake recipes.
  3. Store in seal-able container up to 6 months.
  4. Cooking: Pour 1/2 cup of mix into mug, add an egg and combine. Microwave on high for 60-70 seconds.
  5. Tip: 60 seconds will give you a slight lava center!
