Keto mug bread you can make in less than 90 seconds. Perfect for sandwiches!

What You Need: Microwave

Ingredients:
2 cups almond flour
1/4 cup psyllium husk powder
6 tbsp ground golden flaxseed meal
2 tsp baking powder
1/2 tsp Pink Himalayan Salt


MAKE THE MUG BREAD
1/4 cup dry mix
1 tbsp butter
1 large egg

Instructions:

  1. Combine all the ingredients in a large jar and shake to combine.
  2. Make the bread: Add 1 tbsp of butter to a microwave safe bowl.
  3. Add 1/4 cup of the mix to the melted butter and add an egg. Mix it thoroughly with a fork until uniform.
  4. Microwave on high for 70-80 seconds. Eat is as is or flip onto a plate and slice in half to use for a sandwich or side to your meal!
  5. Note: Making it in bulk will make it easier to make a quick microwave bread for a snack or meal. Best stored in a air tight container on the countertop up to 3 weeks.
